I just signed up! What can I expect next?First, welcome aboard! We will begin gathering the information you shared during the sign-up process. Next we will have an introductory session with you and talk about your website and where it currently stands; your goals; and your constraints (timeframe, budget, attention). You can expect to hear from us with our initial thoughts and questions within a week. Then we will work with you to create the best website for you.

Is there a setup fee?There is an initial implementation fee for setting up your website. Once your site is launched, you will only pay a monthly subscription fee.

Who writes the content for the site?Typically the company provides the verbiage for the site. Since you are the expert, it's best if it comes from you! We provide assistance cleaning up and proof reading the information. We will help you present your content to be the best first impression a customer has of your company. We also have content writers if you need original content at an additional cost.

What does "Responsive website" mean?Generally, responsive means that your website looks good on mobile devices, tablets, computers and anywhere else you can view it. No matter how your audience views your site, it will operate in the best view possible.

When do I pay?We offer a variety of payment options from one-time up front to monthly payments. We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible. We also accept all major credit cards or bank account payment.

Can I cancel anytime?Of course. Contact our Client Support team prior to your next billing cycle and we'll take care of your request. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month.
