I recently opened a new business, and required a logo. I had a rather detailed concept that I sketched on a piece of paper. I scanned it and emailed it to New Wave. The team immediately understood my concept and produced an excellent first rendering within a few days. We worked together and did minor refinements to the logo shape and the colors. By the third rendering it was perfected. A fourth rendering was done to produce two more modified logos based upon the original logo. They did not charge me extra for this work! My contact, Clarisse was very competent, pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with. She was also quick in responding to my questions etc.. The designers are skilled, well trained, and professional, and get back to you with their modifications in a short period of time (one to two days). Although my demands were many, never once did I receive a negative attitude. Not only is the team at New Wave efficient and hard working, but they are also reasonably priced and do not over charge for the services they provide. I highly recommend New Wave for all your website needs. You will be glad you did. I give them a 5 star rating!
