We are seeking a skilled No-Code Mobile App Developer to join our team and assist in building mobile applications using the Thunkable platform. As a Thunkable Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and deployment of our mobile apps, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. You will work closely with our design and product teams to translate their requirements into functional mobile applications, making use of the visual programming capabilities offered by Thunkable.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand app requirements and develop the app's functionality using the Thunkable platform.

  • Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into functional mobile app interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Implement app features, including user interfaces, data integration, and third-party API integrations, using the visual programming tools and pre-built components available in Thunkable.

  • Customize and extend the functionality of Thunkable components through custom blocks and logic, as necessary.

  • Conduct thorough testing of the app to identify and fix any bugs or issues before deployment.

  • Optimize app performance and ensure it runs smoothly on both iOS and Android platforms.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the Thunkable platform and other relevant technologies, recommending improvements or enhancements to the app development process.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in mobile app development using the Thunkable platform or similar no-code platforms.

  • Solid understanding of mobile app development principles, user interface design, and user experience best practices.

  • Proficiency in using Thunkable (or similar platforms) visual programming tools and pre-built components to build functional mobile applications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues in the app development process.

  • Familiarity with mobile app testing and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas, challenges, and solutions.

  • Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, their respective guidelines, and app submission processes is a plus.

  • Previous experience with backend integration and working with APIs is desirable.
